1. Scope of Services
The Salon agrees to provide professional hair and/or makeup services (the "Services") for the Client and their party. The specific number of applications and styles shall be finalized thirty (30) days prior to event
2. Modifications to Services
Additions: Services may be added up to the day of the event, subject to the Salon’s team availability and schedule. Additional fees will apply.
Reductions: The Client may reduce the number of services up to thirty (30) days prior to the event. After this window, the Client is responsible for the full cost of all services originally contracted, regardless of whether they are performed.
3. Fees and Financial Terms
Booking Fee: A non-refundable deposit of $99.00 is required to secure the date. This fee is credited toward the final balance.
Auto-Gratuity: A mandatory 18% service fee (gratuity) will be applied to the gross total of all services.
Payment Policy: The Salon maintains a "Single Invoice" policy. Split payments between bridesmaids or family members are not permitted. The Client is responsible for collecting funds from their party and issuing one single payment to the Salon.
Final Balance: Due day of event.
4. Timeline and Late Policy
Arrival: A start time will be mutually agreed upon at time of booking.
Delays: If the Client or any member of the party is more than 15 minutes late, the Salon reserves the right to simplify the service to remain on schedule or, in extreme cases, skip the service. No refunds will be issued for time lost due to Client delays.
5. Cancellations and Force Majeure
Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels this Agreement more than 30 days before the event, the $99 booking fee is forfeited. If cancelled within 30 days, 50% of the total estimated service cost is due immediately.
Salon Cancellation: In the unlikely event the Salon cannot perform services due to unforeseen illness or emergency, the Salon will make every effort to find a replacement stylist. If no replacement is found, all fees (including the deposit) will be refunded.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for costs or damages due to "Acts of God," including fire, flood, war, or government-mandated lockdowns.
6. Liability and Allergies
The Client is responsible for informing the Salon of any known allergies or skin sensitivities. The Salon is not liable for any adverse reactions to products used if sensitivities were not disclosed in writing prior to application.
7. Image Release
The Client grants the Salon permission to use photos/videos of the services performed for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes, unless otherwise revoked in writing.
